| 11 | 倪國正，字懋功，四川成都人。康熙舉人。雍正十年，揀發廣西，授義寧縣知縣。義寧東北曰雙江，苗、民雜處，與湖南城步、綏寧二邑紅苗接壤，計千餘里。隘口十，堡七十二，大小寨凡數百。不通教化，僅設雙江巡檢羈縻之。乾隆六年，楚匪黃順等煽粵苗，偽稱名號。國正計擒黃順，中道被劫，還合楚苗為奸。國正牒文武諸大府請兵，撥駐四百名，苗稍靖。時大府意在招撫，知府張永熹、巡檢蔡多奇迎合其意，遂撤駐兵，而檄國正與多奇及縣丞吳嗣昌同往。國正將行，嘆曰：「此所謂投虎以肉，徒肆其噬耳！」 |
