| 57 | 羅必元，字亨父，隆興進賢人。嘉定十年進士。調咸寧尉，撫州司法參軍，崇仁丞，復攝司法。郡士曾極題金陵行宮龍屏，迕丞相史彌遠，謫道州，解吏窘極甚。必元釋其縛，使之善達。真德秀入參大政，必元移書曰：「老醫嘗云，傷寒壞證，惟獨參湯可救之，然其活者十無二三。先生其今之獨參湯乎？」調福州觀察推官。有勢家李遇奪民荔支園，必元直之；遇為言官，以私憾罷之」知餘干縣。趙福王府驕橫，前後宰貳多為擠陷，至是以汝愚墓占四周民山，亦為直之，言於州曰：「區區小官，罷去何害？」人益壯其風力。 |
| 64 | 論曰：「傅伯成晚與楊簡為時蓍龜。葛洪守正不阿。曾三復澹然無躁競之心。黃疇若優於政治。袁韶力請討李全，蓋丞相史彌遠腹心也。危稹以通問徐僑獲罪，其人可知，矧治州之政，有循吏之風焉。羅必元受學於稹者也。程公許、王遂讜論疊見，豈不偉哉。 |
