28  | 李侃，字希正，東安人。正綂七年進士，授戶科給事中。景帝監國，陳簡將材、募民壯、用戰車三事。景泰初，議錄扈從死事諸臣，侃言避亂偷生者，宜嚴譴以勵臣節。上皇將還，與同官言禮宜從厚，忤㫖被詰，尚書胡濙為解，乃已。再遷都給事中。軍興，減天下學校師儒俸廩，侃奏復之。戶部尚書金濓違詔徵租，侃論濂下之吏。石亨從子彪侵民業，侃請置重典，并嚴禁勳戚、中官不得豪奪細民，有司隠者同罪。帝宥亨、彪，餘如其請。擢詹事府丞。英宗復位，改太常丞，進太僕少卿。二年，復設山西廵撫，遷侃右僉都御史任之。奏言：「宜令南北清勾之軍，各就本土補伍，人情交便，武備得修」。時不能用。奏發廵按李傑罪，除名。六年，考察屬吏，奏罷布政使王允、李正芳以下百六十人。侃性剛方，力振風紀，貪墨者屛跡。以內艱歸，家居十餘年，卒。侃事親孝，好學安貧。𢎞治初，國子生江紀等言侃學行事功，悉章著耳目，乞賜諡，寢不行。 |
