130  | 林潤，字若雨，莆田人。嘉靖丙辰進士，先知臨川，以治行最，擢御史，巡按江西。嚴世蕃置酒為别，諸御史座上不敢吐一語，潤獨髙談不顧。既罷，世蕃遣人候之曰：「嚴侍郎致謝，願無刺當世事」。潤至，即首論嚴嵩最幸門士副都御史鄢懋卿罪，復疏世蕃、羅文龍大逆狀。御史鄒應龍亦以為言，二人並謫戍。及世蕃敗，潤起按視上江，又具疏發其奸状，乃誅世蕃，籍其家。擢潤都御史，巡撫蘇、松，卒於官。 |
