1  | 明蔡悉撰。悉字士備，合肥人。嘉靖己未進士，官至南京尚寶司卿，移署國子監祭酒。《明史儒林傳》附載《王畿傳》末，稱其嘗請立東宮，又極言礦稅之害，為人有學行，恬於宦情，仕五十載，家食強半。清操亮節，為淮西所宗。 |
| 1 | 明蔡悉撰。悉有《書疇彞訓》，已著錄。此編詮解《大學》，雖分章立說，而不錄《經》文。頗似論體，與依文訓詁者不同。後有《致知格物》及《誠意關》二圖，大旨以慎獨為要義，致知格物為先務。書末載《居身訓言》十則、《居家訓言》十則。蓋以旁衍修齊之義，故附《大學》之後云。 |
