7  | 已亥，制曰：漢以尚書平䖏奏議，魏以中書參掌機密。邦國之務，率繋於樞衡；軍旅之謀，多出於帷幄。授受之際，厥惟難哉！宣徽南院使、兼樞密副使、金紫光祿大夫、檢校司徒、上柱國、瑯琊縣開國男王顯：器量恹宏，襟靈秀拔。常事藩邸，備極公忠。累踐榮班，遂膺顯用。風雨如晦，益勵匪躬之誠；夙夜惟寅，愈挺致君之志。樞機之任，獻替尤資。冝正名稱，用伸毗倚；勉堅許國之節，式副知臣之明。可檢校太保，充樞密使，進封本郡侯。上召謂顯曰：卿代非儒門，少罹兵亂，必寡學問。今在朕左右，典掌萬機，固無暇愽覽羣書。命左右取軍戒三篇賜顯，曰：讀此，亦可免於面牆矣。又以宣徽北院使柴禹錫為宣徽南院使，依前樞密副使；右諌議大夫王明為給事中，依前充鹽鐡使；左衛將軍陳從信為本衛大將軍，依前度支使。 |
