皇甫涍，字子安，長洲人。父錄，弘治九年進士。任重慶知府。生四子，沖、涍、汸、濂。沖、汸同登嘉靖七年鄉薦，明年，汸第進士。又三年，涍第進士。又十三年，濂亦第進士。而沖尚為舉子。兄弟並好學工詩，稱「皇甫四傑」。

汸，字子循，七歲能詩。官工部主事，名動公卿，沾沾自喜，用是貶秩為黃州推官。屢遷南京稽勳郎中，再貶開州同知，量移處州府同知。擢雲南僉事，以計典論黜。汸和易，近聲色，好狎游。於兄弟中最老壽，年八十乃卒。

莫如忠，字子良。嘉靖十七年進士。累官浙江布政使。潔修自好。夏言死，經紀其喪。善草書，詩文有體要。是龍，字雲卿，後以字行，更字廷韓。十歲能文，長善書。皇甫汸、王世貞輩亟稱之。以貢生終。刑侗，字子愿。萬曆二年進士。終陜西行太僕卿。家資鉅萬，築來禽館於古犁丘，減產奉客，遂致中落。妹慈靜，善仿兄書。米萬鐘，字友石。萬曆二十三年進士。歷官江西按察使。天啟五年，魏忠賢黨倪文煥劾之，遂削籍。崇禎初，起太僕少卿，卒官。張瑞圖者，官至大學士，逆案中人也。
