20  | 萬曆七年，蘇、松水災，給事中顧九思等請取回織造內臣，帝不聽。大學士張居正力陳年饑民疲，不堪催督，乃許之。未幾復遣中官。居正卒，添織漸多。蘇、杭、松、嘉、湖五府歲造之外，又令浙江、福建，常、鎮、徽、寧、揚、廣德諸府州分造，增萬餘匹。陜西織造羊絨七萬四千有奇，南直、浙江紵絲、紗羅、綾紬、絹帛，山西潞紬，皆視舊制加丈尺。二三年間，費至百萬，取給戶、工二部，搜括庫藏，扣留軍國之需。部臣科臣屢爭，皆不聽。末年，復令稅監兼司，姦弊日滋矣。 |
