395  | 鄭崑璧，字崙輝，文水人。順治戊戌進士，知富平縣。富平故多水利，崑璧因勢利導，各疏支渠，凡漆、沮、金、定、北温泉諸河濵岸地悉成沃壤。又編審均覈，里胥無得上下其手。在任數年，治績井井可紀。羅人琮，字紫蘿，湖南桃源人。順治辛丑進士，除朝邑令。剛方慈惠，念切民瘼，驛馬故派里民牧養，又潼關衞弓兵工食，私派朝邑人，琮申革之。河壖衝地千餘頃，人琮勘實請豁額賦三千七百餘兩。滇、黔之變，軍書旁午處置悉中機宜。督臣奬其㢘幹，擢貴州道御史。 |
