戴璟，字孟光，奉化人。嘉靖丙戌進士，歴通政司參議戴鯨字時霖，鄞人。嘉靖癸未進士，歴福建參議，治行倬偉，不愧名家。戴才，字大需，滄州人。嘉靖甲辰進士，歴南京兵部尚書。戴完字仲修，桐城人。嘉靖甲辰進士，歴副使。戴章甫字元禮，江西人。性穎敏和易。家貧得師。友力虀鹽，苦學十餘年，博渉子史，文氣豪邁。嘉靖丁酉，領鄉薦，登辛丑進士，授民部主事，即屹然自樹，立恪恭厥職。尋給餉邊陲，宣府吏士稱之。繼筦太倉，出納惟慎，絶苴謁搜，積蠧倉庾一肅。時有役胥為部尚書所屬，意恃弗敬，乃課弗中章，甫鞭去之。胥騰謗部，尚書怒，因不允告。休沐晨夜逐逐典唱籌文書，至廢寢食，遂成疾。署寢舊有宦寺牀，命從者撤之，曰：「吾得正而斃焉」。與家人訣，以「未能報君父恩為恨。言畢而逝。銓部郎海鹽鄭曉、同年浮梁曹天憲皆哭以文辭，有「春藻秋霜、白賁黃裳自許，齊古人共誓肩綱常」之語，人信其非阿私云。
