114  | 陳一元，字太始，侯官人。進士。萬厯中為四㑹令。髙才博覽英邁，善斷搆仕，學軒以清，慎勤自矢。善訓士子，文教一新。請學使廣額，進取三十五名。凡事有利於民者，拮据圖成。建橋梁而古木效靈，修堤渡而羨租協助，徭役頓輕，重耗盡革，獄無寃滯，里無夜呼。上官嘉其卓績，調治南海。後又令嘉定，循聲茂著。由是擢御史、晉府尹，皆自綏發軔，綏人尸祝之。 |
