五年春二月，詔大將軍曹爽率衆征蜀。夏四月朔，日有蝕之。五月癸巳，講尚書經通，使太常以太牢祠孔子於辟雍，以顏淵配；賜太傳、大將軍及侍講者各有差。丙午，大將軍曹爽引軍還。秋八月，秦王詢薨。九月，鮮卑內附，置遼東屬國，立昌黎縣以居之。冬十一月癸卯，詔祀故尚書令荀攸於太祖廟庭。臣松之以為故魏氏配饗不及荀彧，蓋以其末年異議，又位非魏臣故也。至於升程昱而遺郭嘉，先鍾繇而後荀攸，則未詳厥趣也。徐佗謀逆而許褚心動，忠誠之至遠同於日磾，且潼關之危，非褚不濟，褚之功烈有過典韋，今祀韋而不及褚，文所未達也。己酉，復秦國為京兆郡。十二月，司空崔林薨。
