66  | 張德熹字宗儒，福清人。嘉靖甲辰進士。授寧波府推官，決獄精明，處以詳慎。考律例，參輿論，不以明察自矜。昌國卒奪人妻，致夫婦自斃，獄數年不決，慈民爭水殺人，自殺其家之尫瘠者，以互毆死相持，德熹一訊而服。鄞民市于海濱，賊數人殺而攘其貨。德熹偵得其人並貨，置諸法。豪族殺人沉諸河，驗其實坐之，不以勢免。其明敏果斷，皆此類也。獄中疫，驗囚非當死者，皆縱之歸，如期赴獄無後者。遇火，往救之，火隨滅，人以為誠信所感召。赴京，擢戶部主事，遷工部郎中，總理河道。《浙江通志、寧波府志》合纂。 |
