15  | 十五年春正月，曹振鏞卒。振鏞在內閣，專伺人主意旨，而素不學。每奉命衡文，得試卷稍古雅者，輒不解事，摘卷中一二破體字，抑之劣等，於是文體日頹，而學術因之不振。又帝最厭言官言事，振鏞亦教以此法，遇章疏中有破題疑誤字者，摘出交部嚴議，於是科道相戒不敢言事，而言路壅塞，遂使三十年中，吏治日媮，民生日困，釀成內外兵禍，開千古未有之變局，皆振鏞一人之罪也！然帝深信任之，及歿，賜諡文正。三月，山西趙城縣教匪曾順滋事，知縣楊延亮全家遇害。夏四月，峩邊夷匪肅清。趙城教匪肅清。 |
