46  | 麟徳元年三月三日，展大射禮景雲二年，諫議大夫源乾曜請行射禮，上表曰：「臣聞聖王之理天下也，必制禮以正人情，人情正則孝於家而序於國，此道不替，無不理也。故君子三年不為禮，禮必壞。是以古之擇士，先觀射禮，所以明和容之儀，非取樂一時，夫射者，别正邪，觀徳行，中祭祀，辟冦戎，古者哲王，莫不遞襲。臣竊見數年以來，射禮便廢，或縁所司惜費，遂使大射亦虧，臣愚以為所費者物，所全者禮，故孔子云：爾愛其羊，我愛其禮。伏望令聖人之敎，今古常行，天下幸甚！ |
