35  | 臣某言：臣不幸多疾，且昧攝生，積年不瘳，遂成沉痼。內有五髒，心病轉深；外有四肢，足力不逮。豈可參掌密命，趨侍玉階，上負聖私，下曠公事，縱恃恩無懼，而省已何安？臣某中謝。臣以為龍祿不可苟偷，疾病實難自強，所以每轉一職，常積憂惶。自頃受官，累經陳乞，及奉天拜命，陛下殷憂，臣合捐生，豈敢言病？況當憤切所致，實亦患苦自忘，今逆臣殲夷，庶物忻暢，餘生獲泰，宿疾頓來。豈無諸醫？竟未有效；忪悸之疾，動發無時。事輒經心，病則加劇，或達曙方定，或彌日不瘳，神形巳唬若無所據。又風痺這狀，趨步蹇澀，往來扶策，自不能持。念此餘生，顧成廢棄，豈宜叨處榮位，貽穢台司。聖恩縱欲優容，公議實難逃避，特乞賜臣骸骨，待盡邱園。冀勿藥以稍痊，實殺身而非報。無任懇迫惶懼之至。 |
