29  | 二年正月，右副元帥完顏謀衍率諸軍北征窩斡。二月壬戌詔曰：「應諸人若能於契丹賊中自拔歸者，更不問元初首從及被威脅之由，奴婢、良人罪無輕重並行免放。曾有官職及糾率人眾來歸者，仍與官賞，依本品量材敘使。其同來人各從所願處收係，有才能者亦與錄用。內外官員郎君群牧直撒百姓人家驅奴、宮籍監人等，並放為良，亦從所願處收係，與免三年差役。或能捕殺首領而歸者，準上施行，仍驗勞績約量遷賞。如捕獲窩斡者，猛安加三品官授節度使，謀克加四品官授防禦使，庶人加五品官授刺史。」詔曰：「尚書省，如節度防禦使捉獲窩斡者與世襲猛安，刺史捉獲者與世襲謀克，驅奴、宮籍監人亦與庶人同。」復詔宰臣，遍諭將士，能捕殺窩斡者加特進、授真總管。 |
