480  | 江西撫州路曹山禪師。名本寂。生泉州莆田黃氏。少業儒。年十九歲往福州靈石出家。二十五登戒謁洞山。山問。闍梨名甚麼。師曰本寂。山曰。那箇聻。師曰不名本寂。山深器之。自此入室。盤桓數載乃辭去。山遂密授洞上宗旨。直趨曹溪禮六祖塔回吉水。眾嚮師名請開法。師志慕六祖。遂名山曰曹。尋值賊亂乃之宜黃。有信士王若一。捨何王觀請師住持。師更何王為荷玉。由是法席大興。學者雲萃。洞山之宗至師為盛。昭宗天復元年六月十五日謂眾白。曹山明日辰時行腳去。及時焚香宴坐而化壽六十二。臘三十七。葬全身於山之西阿。敕諡元證禪師。塔曰福圓。寂嗣洞山良價禪師。價嗣雲巖晟。晟嗣藥山儼。儼嗣石頭遷。遷嗣青原思。思嗣六祖大鑒禪師傳燈錄 |
