回離保（又作和勒博、夔離不、蕭幹、古爾班）是遼朝時的奚王。遼天祚帝保大三年正月（1123年）自稱奚國皇帝，改元天複元年。《遼史·回離保傳》稱「偽立凡八月」。而諸史所記，五月為眾所殺，不足八月。回離保之名為《遼史》所載，《續資治通鑑》作「和勒博」，原注「舊作回離保，今改。」標點本註：「回離保，一作夔離不，即蕭幹也」。《三朝北盟會編》註：「改作古爾班」。後又有蕭幹為奚國皇帝之事，事跡相同，實為一人。
