薛崇譽10世紀 - 971年，五代十國南漢大臣、宦官。韶州曲江人。薛崇譽擅長孫子五曹算。漢中宗劉晟任用他為內門使、兼太倉使。漢後主劉鋹即位，轉任內中尉、特進、開府儀同三司、簽書點檢司事。官至內侍中。北宋軍隊攻下南漢國都興王府（今廣東省廣州市），薛崇譽舉火焚燒倉庫。被宋軍擒獲送到汴京，和李託一起被處決。
