郭順儀，唐朝妃嬪，并州太原人。唐玄宗的順儀，李璘生母。郭順儀的父親是朝議大夫、贈鄭州刺史郭義，祖父是朝散大夫、太子洗馬郭琰，兄長是銀青光祿大夫、守工部尚書兼御史大夫、蜀郡大都督府長史（劍南節度使）郭虛己。郭氏入宮後，受封為順儀，是為六儀（德儀、順儀、賢儀、芳儀、婉儀、淑儀）之一，除了郭順儀，唐玄宗的六儀還有皇甫德儀、武賢儀、董芳儀、郭婉儀。郭順儀在720年左右生下唐玄宗的第十六子永王李璘。兒子數歲，郭順儀即早逝，李璘由其兄長李亨（唐肅宗）養大。
